We are neither obliged nor prepared to take part in consumer-related procedures before a dispute resolution authority.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, pursuant to section 5 DDG (German Act on Digital Services), we are responsible for content we present ourselves on these pages according to the general laws. We are however neither required to monitor transferred or stored third-party content nor to inquire as to causes indicating illegal activities.

Our obligation to delete or block the use of certain content pursuant to the general laws shall remain unaffected. We shall, however, be solely liable, if we have positive knowledge of an actual rights-infringement. As soon as we are made aware of such an infringement, we shall delete the content concerned.

Liability for Links

Our internet presence provides links to third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Hence, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content.
